- After purchase, server migration takes 1-5 minutes
- Discord permissions sync within 10 minutes
- If issues persist, create a support ticket in our Discord
Can I Transfer My VIP?
VIP transfers only allowed if:
- Incorrect server was purchased
- VIP has not been redeemed
How Do I Cancel Auto-Renew?
- Check emails and search for "Tebex"
Can I Buy a VIP for a Friend?
- Select "Gift" option in VIP store
- Enter friend's Steam ID
Refund Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable
Discord Roles Not Received?
- Role assignment can take up to 10 minutes
- Longer if you just joined Discord
